What is the difference between TOUGHER'S Tough Polycotton fabric versus the 100% Cotton Canvas?
Polycotton is harder wearing than cotton, that is why we began using polycotton fabric first. But some people prefer the cotton because the weave looks and appears harder wearing than the polycotton, but it in fact it isn't. It comes down to personal preference in appearance as it is a thicker weave.
Take a look at the colour swatch image below. The grey and the second light khaki from the top is cotton weave. You can see the difference in weave.

We have had these seat covers installed for a few months now. Really happy with them and yeah I think its cool they come from South Africa. They have real Safari Vibes that I can not explain.

I was SOO close to getting the khaki however the charcoal seems to show far fewer stains (not many) AND matches the plastics of the interior.
If/had @Tougher had faux Leather to match the (reddish/earthen) Leather of the IG on the outer bolsters, I prob would have paid 2x-3x as much!! (M&M NEVER replied back after several attempts, STAY AWAY!)
Now I've decided to buy an old shoe stitch (leather 'sewing') machine, see what I can get for fabric
(thinking either kevlar or firehouse with a thin metal mess sewn in to act as an antenna. This should help with those really salty HAM licensees; p ) <- denotes 'sarcasm' NOT to be taken seriously)

Yep, I already stained my khaki covers in one small spot. As I say, who are you saving them for? Enjoy them and the truck.
