What is the difference between TOUGHER'S Tough Polycotton fabric versus the 100% Cotton Canvas?
Polycotton is harder wearing than cotton, that is why we began using polycotton fabric first. But some people prefer the cotton because the weave looks and appears harder wearing than the polycotton, but it in fact it isn't. It comes down to personal preference in appearance as it is a thicker weave.
Take a look at the colour swatch image below. The grey and the second light khaki from the top is cotton weave. You can see the difference in weave.

I plan on getting them in the New Year, when I looked into the head rest size on hear it seems some countries have 2 the size of our front ones at the rear. Explains so many installations of the Wolfbox rear view mirror.
