As we all know the promised jackets are starting to get closer to finally being in our hands. Thanks go out to the good people at INEOS for following through on the promise and to this community and elsewhere on the internet who didn't let them forget about it.



That being said there are a few things to note.

• After reading the eligibility criteria below, some people that feel they are eligible and did not receive the email, they can still fill out the webform below for Belstaff to validate:

• Order sizes larger than usual as Belstaff is a slimmer Italian cut styling, personally I've returned a jacket last year because was way too 'snug'.

• Please try to order the Jacket associated with the model owned, have a Fieldmaster, then order a Fieldmaster jacket.

• Fulfillment of jackets will commence in early January.

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Customer Requirements: An owner of an eligible INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster or Fieldmaster Station Wagon is eligible to receive the gift. There are no restrictions on age, residence location, the only requirement is the vehicle order placement date for the customer is no later than 23rd October 2023.



Purchase Conditions: INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster or Fieldmaster Edition Station Wagon must have been ordered by the customer no later than 23rd October 2023.



Exclusions: Owners of all Trialmaster or Fieldmaster Edition Quartermasters ordered at any time, owners of INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster and Fieldmaster Edition Station Wagons ordered from 24th October 2023 onwards and owners of INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster and Fieldmaster Edition Station Wagons ordered before 24th October 2023 who have already received their corresponding Trialmaster and Fieldmaster jacket.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD Start and End Dates: Distribution of the jackets will commence 2nd January and end 30th June 2025.

1. GIFT DESCRIPTION

Fieldmaster gift details: Belstaff Fieldmaster waxed cotton jacket in faded olive – crafted from 6 oz. waxed cotton in Faded Olive, RRP £495, size as requested while stocks last. Re-wax to keep it water and wind repellent. Customer is responsible for requesting correct size and product may vary slightly from images; or the

Trialmaster gift details: Belstaff Trialmaster waxed cotton jacket in black – crafted from 6 oz. waxed cotton in Black, RRP £495, size as requested while stocks last. Re-wax to keep it water and wind repellent. Customer is responsible for requesting correct size and product may vary slightly from images, depending on which edition of the Grenadier the customer purchased. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

1. REDEMPTION PROCESS

Customer needs to complete the associated webform no later than 30th November 2024 to confirm their eligibility to receive the jacket. This form requires information such as name, email, telephone number, delivery address, gender and jacket size request. Customers who ordered their eligible vehicle no later than 23rd October 2023 must complete the webform by 30th November 2024 to confirm eligibility. Customer details will be checked alongside recorded VIN to ensure they are genuine and have not already received a jacket. This process will also ensure that customers will only be sent out the corresponding jacket to their eligible vehicle order.

1. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery worldwide is arranged and paid for by INEOS Automotive Limited. Customer will receive tracking details when their jacket is out for despatch, this could take as much as 8 weeks after customer information submission. Customer is responsible for ensuring the details they provide are accurate and up to date to ensure delivery. Once tracking details are shared with the customer, they are responsible for liaising with the courier for delivery updates. INEOS Automotive Limited is not responsible for any potential delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics issues, acts of God, weather, terrorist attack etc). 1. RETURN TERMS

INEOS Automotive is responsible for all costs related to the return of the jacket if an alternative size is required. Maximum of two exchanges per customer is permitted, thereafter replacement will be refused. Returns not permitted for damage caused by wear and tear or misuse of the item. automotive.BelstaffJackets@ineos.com must be contacted within 14 days from date of jacket delivery to qualify for replacement.

1. LIMITATIONS AND DISQUALIFICATIONS

One jacket per eligible customer vehicle order Customer will only receive the jacket type that corresponds to their vehicle order and VIN, therefore a Fieldmaster eligible owner will only receive a Fieldmaster jacket and a Trialmaster eligible owner will only receive a Trialmaster jacket regardless of webform request. Customers eligibility is determined by completion of a successful handover of an eligible vehicle ordered no later than 23rd October 2023. Eligible cancelled orders do not qualify. We reserve the right to disqualify any customer for fraudulent activity, abuse, or breach of terms.

1. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF OFFER

Changes to the Offer: INEOS Automotive reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time, including changes to the gift or eligibility criteria. Notice of Changes: Specify how INEOS will inform customers via email of any changes to the terms of this promotion

This gift is provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees from INEOS Automotive Limited. INEOS Automotive Limited shall not be responsible for gifts that cannot be delivered due to restrictions or prohibitions under export control laws, sanctions, or import regulations or other restrictions under local laws or regulations in the destination country.

1. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

In order to deliver your gift, and ensure this is in the appropriate size, we are obliged to request certain personal information from you in the associated webform. This will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice found on our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any despite arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales





To reiterate the above, if you think that you are owed a jacket and have not received the email, then fill in the form, you'll be coess referenced to some database hidden away under lock and key. It'll add to the work load on their side but its worth it I think, just don't say this came from me......

Also a quirk I noticed after just putting in my order, the sizing on the USA INEOS site corresponds to the Euro sizing and not the USA sizing. So make sure you use the Euro size column for your selection.
