Turn off the fan and see if it makes a difference. On some Grenadiers, on Fan 4 or window demist, it makes a similar high pitch frequency sound.

hi, the sound is after repairing the cables to the additional gearbox at the dealer, here you can see that the fan is turned off, the sound spreads through the cabin, but the source is the transmission tunnel

the sound responds to the throttle
I intentionally interrupt it by taking off the throttle

So you said repairing the cables and transmission tunnel. It has been known that the bowden cable (transfer box cable above the prop shaft) (cable maybe wrapped in aluminium conduit) has come loose or hanging loose and it maybe rubbing on the prop shaft. Check this forum, loose cable prop shaft. I would get under the vehicle and see for any low hanging cables that maybe rubbing.

The bowden cables are not loose, I know about that problem and I also solved it, and even the heat shield made a sound like this :

the cardan shaft rotates even when driving, when you let off the gas and the sound stops, it simply reacts to the gas

I read the entire forum here and looked for all the problems with the sounds :(

Sounds very frustrating. Take it to the dealers, get them fix it. Do not accept this is normal, It’s definitely not.

I have a car at the dealer now, been there several times and yes I am very desperate because they do nothing about it, I always pick it up and it is still there that is why I am contacting here

That would be the Mexican transfer case timing itself to go out of operation 1 mile and one day out of warranty, which ever comes first.
