Some News..... Software update and delays/deliveries?

When you say that you'll log your car on the "tool", is that something available to all of us, or something specific for your dealer/agent/supplier?
I as an after market garage in the UK have purchased the very first sold kit named (The Specialist Package) of full dealer level diagnostic tool and software a well as parts catalouge and 3D workshop manual to a non Ineos franchise.

Couldn’t imagine anyone better suited than yourselves. Thanks for the not insignificant investment. Hopefully we can do some business going forward.

Presumably that means remove the control unit and replace with a new one. I must say I have wondered whether it was all software or whether there were some more fundamental problems with the computer hardware.
Improved hardware IMHO def seems to be part of the problem. Despite the software being as buggy as hell the computer is simply slow and generally laggy. Our second basic run around 2022 Corsa which was about a third if not a quarter of the price of the IG has a snappier on board system.

Ill log my car on the tool tomorrow and see what updates are offered, Its odd as I was on it only yesterday and nothing showed at the time.

However it was listed that the BCU and another couple of modules needed hardware upgrades.
Not sure if that was a software bug in the diagnostic tool or the dealer didnt read note shown before trying to apply software to a module that it was not advised to though that is unlikley the case.
After further looking today and taking note it was more whats called a Coding Check that some modules didnt pass the check on and not a hardwareissue as I first mentioned, the tool however does say all my softwares are upto date.

UPDATE
Mine is now all ok, the update is fine and Ineos anticipate a full release in near future. Mine had an ETGW? failure so was sorted.
Should get mine back next Tuesday afternoon.
The Fieldmaster "loaner" running 1941 software has only shown one fault over the month I have had it, power steering failure in both red and amber, so things have greatly improved with the newer vehicles.
By the way my front springs have 2 green circles and the back ones, 2 blue triangles.
