I just had to change the RHS door mirror.
A big thank you to whoever made the video and this forum for sharing all the info. It really made the job very easy and done within 45min. Most of the time was spent trying not to break the plastic clips.

Having removed the plush door trim, has anyone managed to remove the rigid black internal panel that supports the speaker and electric window motor, etc? I have two broken trim clips stuck in the narrow channel at the bottom of the LHS front door. I can see them with my fibre-optic scope but I can’t seem to budge the rigid black plastic panel, despite having undone the many screws holding it in place. It seems to be still held in place but I don’t want to force it. If I could get that panel off, I could probably retrieve the two broken trim clips! Anyone have any tips? Cheers, Matt

To pull it out all the way I believe the window glass needs to be removed or at least fastened in the "up" position as the motor is part of it
