Red Winch...Does yours freespool easily?

I have never free spooled a winch in my life. Owned MANY over 35 years, winched for hundreds and hundreds of hours, never seems worth the effort.

Glad hear you've never needed/wanted to free spool. that's just not my experience in the 35 years I've owned a winch or watched anyone else use a winch.

Final resolution:
Mossy Grenadier replaced my Red Winch today. It free spools just as it should. Thank you Mossy and Ineos for the warranty repair and customer service. The mechanic could not see anything obviously wrong with my original winch, but it's all good now with the replacement.
