I am with Crown but do we have a choice???
If your vehicle is in production, or near production and has already been allocated, you cannot change dealers without placing a new order (and going to the back of the line). If you're unhappy about it, I would tell you to voice your complaint to Ineos directly; while I understand that pricing and fees are set by each dealer, if they start getting enough complaints about it, perhaps they will have a conversation with the dealer
