Hi all, own a Grenadier Commercial. I've found that the reverse lights are too dim to illuminate the track as you reverse. I want to fit an 8" Lazer lightbar on the gutter rail facing rearwards. Can anyone reccomend a supplier please, or any other ideas on how to mount either a rear facing LED bar or Spotlights! Thanks!

Arguably the rear bar is too far forward for the Lazers, can adjust when the weather gets warmer. The front bar is in the correct position for load bearing. Theoretically I need another bar where the C pillar is.

The absolute real positive is the Lazers are absolutely fantastic.

The Lazer lights are the bees knees. Worth every penny in my book.

I could do with another Rhino cross bar. If they sell them only or discounted in pairs then lets club together for one each. I need one across the middle. My rear one is right at the back and the front one with light bar just behind safaris.

A good idea. Will PM later today.

Hello Guys,
i had the same Problems a few days ago, since the reserving light is blinding the camera (glare) when its dark.
High mount or a low mount?
a few videos and a picture with the mounting options.
i'm fine with the low mount.
greetings

Magnetic, portable and plugs into power in outlet in back. Use when I need it and remove when I don’t.

Wow, your Grenadier has an adequate home: a oak timber framed garage with traditional timber-connections!!! It´s a dream from me, but never realized it. Did you build it by yourself?
The Gren lives outside unless I'm travelling. Hoping for a midnight cloud burst to get the muck off it!

The oak outbuildings are unfortunately not my work, I would like to have had the skills and time but alas not yet!

I installed a pair of these on my ND. The OEM reverse lamps are terrible. They’re not meant to be work/task lights but do a great job as reverse lights. They are also a super clean install and most wouldn’t know they are aftermarket.

I wonder if the location with the red reflector, above the tow hook could be used for that purpose.

Your Grenadier looks just how they should, Dirty!. Not like the new "Hair Dresser - On road only" edition of the Defender that all seem to be pimped up to the eyeballs and spotlessly clean.

Here is my work light. Custom made SS mount to keep the light below the top of the rack. Cable hidden in the Rhino rack channel and fed to the right-rear socket.

This is my solution - but it's a lot of work to route the cables through the door and into the cabin. The upside is that my UHF reception is better than most bull bar mounted aerials with the longer mast fitted. The shorter mast makes it easier to get into the garage.
