Americas North Texas Grenadier Owners Page

Just drove this thing from DFW to the Florida Panhandle,1,594 miles. It ran smooth as silk the whole time, not one problem and very pleasant to drive. the A/C held up very well through some brutal heat, A/C is very loud outside the vehicle but works great, that was always one of my main concerns. A drawback was backseat passengers have no cup holders which makes things uncomfortable and also no seat back pockets, sometimes the little creature comforts make a big difference. I learned a while back that the safari windows will bake your dome on a long drive. I put ceramic tint on them but also used some covers and it made a big difference. All in all I was very impressed with the Grenadier.

Question to owners. Had my Gren for a year. Do all of yall get a very bass low rumble on city streets? Its seems loud and consistent. Not an issue offroad but 80% of my driving in onroad and just curious if everyone hears it well. I just got my one year service as well...no change. Thinking about sound deadening for those long overland trips.

This might help...

I havent been on the website for a while. I want to say a special thank you to @Reducs for the installation of my Wolfbox, he had that thing in and running in no time and I really appreciate it. Went with the G900pro and it is so nice to see what is going on behind you and it really helps with the blind spots.

I was rear ended a while back, (before the wolfbox was installed), and although the Grenny is extremely stout, still took a bit of damage. Just as a heads up, if unfortunantly you have to get yours repaired, be
prepared to wait for a while. Mine was in the repair shop for 10 weeks, no fault of the shop, most of that time was spent waiting on parts. The shop worked really hard dealing with the insurance company and getting the parts in. But, the Grenny took the hit and the other car not so much.

Belfast Jacket received today. It is a size 46 (US) it fits int he sleeves but is a little snug in the belly. If anyone recieved a size too large and would like to trade, lemme know and we can meet up somewhereand maybe swap.

I received my Fieldmaster jacket yesterday, but it is a US 36 and I need a US 46. Looks like they can be exchanged

No problem! My second Wolfbox was definitely easier than the first!

The 10 week delay sucks. Hopefully that will not be the case in the future. 🤞
