Hello everyone,

I’m new to the forum and currently in the research stage for an Ineos Grenadier. I don’t own one yet, but I’m giving it serious consideration. My interest was sparked about a month ago when I saw a Grenadier wagon on static display at Westfield UTC in San Diego. While checking it out, I had a great conversation with an owner, which pushed me to start looking into the vehicle more seriously.

I’m not new to off-roading. I’ve owned a 1994 Hummer wagon since 1996. The Hummer has been a great off-road truck. However, its on-road refinements are less than desirable. Since I live about three hours from the nearest Ineos dealer, either in San Diego or Phoenix, I’m trying to gather as much information as possible before making the trip.

I'm looking forward to learning from the community here and hopefully making the transition from researcher to owner soon!

Cheers,
Rick in Yuma

Hi Rick. Welcome here. There is a lot of excellent information here. If you read along for a while, you will quickly realize which posts will help you make a decision. Keep trying to make contact with owners though, you might meet a few more in your area. And don't let posts put you off. It is an excellent vehicle. Even if there are things that could have been done better, such as the heating and air conditioning system.
