Americas My Vehicle Pre-Order Information

Yep - I called customer service today with a question on something else....they said it will take a few weeks to update all the orders on the website for NA.

Still the same with mine. Nothing showing. Buy says I can build and preorder? I hope my order wasn’t canceled.
Mine says the same thing. Makes me nervous thinking something might have gone wrong but I did get an email with a confirmation number for the order.

Straight in there with the best # I’ve seen in ages.
I keep telling my wife i don't want to hate on Electrics.... BUT... i am going to spend $8 on gas and not bat an eye or flinch.... driving my Grenadier for 250,000 miles... looking forward to seeing yours when it gets here!! So-Cal Meetup!

I think they must be entering the orders by hand, or something.
I placed my order around 15 June.
Website says "order placed 29 June."

I believe on more than one occasion they have stated that each order is physically confirmed/entered on the website

I don't see any reason for anyone to be worried about anything about the vehicle if you actually placed a pre-order; until you are contacted later this month by Ineos/Your dealer

I'm not worried about it unless and until August 1 rolls around with no update.

Just an FYI : A company I used to work for in their early days had their order numbers in sequential order. This turned out to be a great way for the press to learn order rates, total numbers of orders, etc. It didn't take long for the company to turn the order numbers into a jumble of numbers that had no meaning other than as an index into the database. I assume pretty much every company knows that they should be doing this now...
