My Toaster is smarter

My IG is useless at toast.

It can manage DST
I thought the same thing when I climbed in my car this morning and the clock was an hour behind. Felt rather guilty about mocking toasters that were smarter than cars as I was too lazy too get the manual out of the glove box and work out how to put the clock forward an hour. .

It is #2 on this thread.

Yes it is - but as we are a very small country with only one time zone at least I will only get depressed twice per year when the clocks change.
Not so much - in October it is good because we get another hour in bed, in March it is good because it is the sign of better weather to come. (Glass half full view)

UK Mothering Sunday was the day the clocks went forward, so my wife saw it as further proof that women are discriminated against as an hour had been stolen off HER day!
If you both sleep in the back of your Grenadier (when you get it back) on the Saturday before next Mothering Sunday your wife won't know that she has had an hour stolen off her day unless until she makes breakfast and her Toaster tells her the grim news.
