If the wheel is still on, you lift the wheel. There is an attachment for the Hi-Lift to do that. But there are lots of ways to solve that problem, of course.

A tree saver wrapped around the backside of the tire works well with the hi-lift as well instead of the Lift-Mate (especially since it only works with certain wheel designs).

With that being said, we teach it in all of our classes, except for a very few circumstances, there's no point in carrying any hi-lift other than the 60" on a "regular" sized or larger vehicle

The spring sound when going over a bump could very well be a transfer case cable hanging low and hitting the coupling on the drive shaft. There have been several with that issue including mine. It took me a long time to track down. Crawl under and inspect the area around the drive shaft, particularly the rear coupling of the front drive shaft or the front coupling of the rear shaft. Its an easy fix, take a heavy duty zip tie and secure it out of the way. Mine was missing a retention clip.

FWIW, i read your previous post that stated that, but i'm 99% sure that's not the issue with mine. I wish it was but everything seems tight and there's a zip tie holding the transfer case cable away from the driveshaft put there by the dealer.
I'll keep checkingn though...

It’s not the cable on mine either. The dealer put a
New plastic stand-off that’s supposed to hold the cable higher. I think it will break off fairly quickly.

Welcome to the forum fellow Marylander!

If you have safari windows, that's most likely where the water leak is from; very easy fix that's been in place for a long time.

The boot wash as it is jokingly called, is also a very easy and very straightforward fix.

The spring sound over bumps is interesting and definitely isn't a common complaint.

Passenger airbag constantly off, despite weight being in the seat? Again, definitely not a common issue.

Fuel mileage remaining not being present, what is in its place? Have you pressed the trip button on the end of the turn signal stalk to switch through the options?

The door buttons again, very easy fix that you can do at home, but the solutions exist at the dealer level as well.

Almost all of your complaints are very common and are very quick fixes, searching on the forum will get you TONS of results of the fix process as well as other common (and not so common) issues experienced by owners.

I'm sure that Frank and the guys at MileOne will get it sorted for you

It's a known TSB (technical service bulletin); depending on the length of seal that has come off, the fix either is an application of adhesion promoter or replacement of the seal (which takes about 15 minutes or less)
