Hey guys, Last week I took delivery of my Grenadier with the first set of King Shocks. As the test mule for Shadowmarq Industries, we took the rig out for some before and after testing. It's amazing how much of the ride quality was improved. I pick it back up from King tomorrow just in time for the next show event at Adventure Van Expo in San Juan Capistrano. Here are some pictures, but if you're in the area this weekend, drop by and check them out in person.

It's a 2.5 Peformance Kit with Reservoirs and Compression Adjusters. The kit includes the steering stabilizer as well. I ran a 1.75" spacer in the front to level it, but I'll upgrade the coils next week to give it slight lift.

Do you know if they’re the same length as factory, or longer to accommodate longer springs?
I believe they are the same length as the OE, and will accommodate a 2" coil lift. The ride is so much better. I'm going to post a YT video soon with the comparison. The OE shocks are not even rebounding.

Same length as in no increase in travel? Any change in the bump stop?

I'm following this thread as I'm not satisfied with the OE shocks. My truck is ADV Travel loaded and see's a fair amount of off pavement driving as well as on pavement day to day.
The complaint with the stock shocks is a lot of side to side body roll when driving off road. Some people I've talked too say a heavier spring rate in the rear is the issue. I find that hard to believe but this was coming from a company who is in the business of selling Higher End off road shocks. (Not a Kings Rep by the way)
If anyone can chime in here and give me some insight and opinions it'd be appreciated.
I don't want to drop 0ver $3500 and find this didn't rectify the criticism I have with the handling of the truck.

Thanks
Jeff
