After @ 1min of driving the chime stops on it’s own. If you can stand it for that long, there’s no need to pull sensors, or “trick” the vehicle in anyway.
I haven’t tried it with passengers but it’s been my experience with just me as the driver, the chime turned off every time I’ve tried it.
