On Monday the dealer delivered my new Trialmaster. So far I'm liking it, although I did get a check engine light with a P0238 code (Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor 'A' Circuit High) last night while running a short errand. It went away after I came out of a store and restarted the engine, strange.

But my question is about the INT1/INT2 circuits. I want to add a USB outlet to power a cell phone holder with wireless charging, and the connections provided in the footwell seem like a good place to grab the power from. But I can't find any info about whether this is switched (on only when the ignition is on) or constant power - if the INT1 switch on the overhead panel is turned on, will power still be present when the engine is shut off? I'd rather not have the charge on constant power because there's no need for the charge to be drawing power when the vehicle isn't in use. Of course I can pull the panels and test this for myself, but hopefully someone knows the answer already.

If the INT connections are not switched power can someone suggest a good place to find switched power?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Congratulations on your new vehicle
INT 1 &.2 are on when ignition is switched on unless you have the power switch on, which is also on the overhead switch panel this then keeps power on constantly.

Thank you for the quick response! Sounds perfect for my use.

Regarding your tell tail lights I noticed when the battery is low on charge, which it may have been if you just took delivery, the truck may throw different “faults”.

I put mine on a charger between drives and it took two days to get to 99%. I found that took care of the weird telltail notifications.

It is a bit low, I'll put it in a charger. Thanks for the suggestion!

I would like to do the same setup, any chance you could post photos when you are done?
