INEOS NIGHTMARE!!!

To close off this thread on a positive note, the service and responsiveness I have received from Rusnak are off-the-charts good. I wish everyone could buy their Grenadiers from them. Sales was responsive, attentive, fair and overall one of the best experiences buying cars. Service was equally good, checking on me periodically and making sure I even got a loaner Grenadier when I had to leave mine overnight to clear some gremlin lights.
That's good to hear. Mossy in San Diego refused to give me a loaner stating it's not Ineos policy. They had my vehicle for almost 30 days. I told them that was unacceptable. They didn't have much to say. So glad Rusnak was able to create their own policy.

Unfortunately some dealers appear more interested in initial sales than follow up service/growing the customer relationship. All the best to you C64_forever!

One of the reasons I moved forward with purchasing a Grenadier was the established dealer service department. As a new vehicle, I expect quirks and issues as this comes with the territory. How the dealer responds is everything.

That's really unfortunate to hear @WFB3, and surprising about the 3rd party handling of claims. Although I know they have engineers at the NC location.

If you direct message me your dealer info and vin I'll see if I can find out anything out for you.
Where is the NC location

Where is the NC location
The HQ for Ineos Automotive Americas was in Raleigh, NC; if you follow their recent job postings, the new location is Ridgewood, NJ. The US office doesn't house an engineering department or anything like that at this time; all those changes come from Europe, although there is a sizable technical team (dealers can contact them with questions, etc) in the states.

Ridgewood, NJ? That's a really odd place to have a corporate office. Affluent residential town with very limited commercial property. I'm not complaining though - it's 10min from my home.

There are ton of Automotive companies in that area. Land Rover is in Mahwah which isn't too far.

Good point.
Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there
