What it "should" be and what it "actually" is are 2 different things. Hang in there as I only received my email last week.

Ok, so.

INEOS contacted everyone that was a reservation holder and/or who went through with the purchase. So if you didn't get an email check your spam, then if it's definitely not there have a look in your online profile and make sure you didn't uncheck the options to receive emails from INEOS. You can also do this via the agent chat apparently.

If everything is as it should be with regards to comms and you didn't receive anything then message me and I'll forward it so they can try and work out where things have gone wrong.

just called them for a tow to the dealer in Atlanta, which is 219 miles away per their calculation. The 119 miles extra was quoted at $1000. No thanks!

AAA will give you a tow up to 200 miles once annually free with Premier membership . My Grandmother gave me membership as a Christmas gift when I first started driving.

We have AAA premier and it is so under rated. It's a nice to have and use when you need it.

So far so good! Day one in my driveway - Roadside required to tow back to dealer (55 miles away). With luck, its a simple flash update. Didn't want to take the chance with all the lights on the dash! Ineos Roadside here in 30 minutes from time of call.
