Black Sheep Innovations GmbH has officially ended its cooperation with its previous distribution partner in the
USA as of April 23, 2025.
This decision was not made lightly but was necessary after careful consideration to continue meeting the high
standards expected by our customers.
Despite attractive resale conditions and granted exclusive rights, the behavior observed ultimately forced us
to take this step.
Key reasons for this step include unprofessional customer service, a lack of initiative, and non-transparent
pricing practices that were apparently used to artificially inflate the prices of our products.
Furthermore, we have increasingly received indications that our products may have been directly copied or
imitated by the distribution partner.
There is a substantiated suspicion that this contributed to artificially inflated prices and could have misled our
customers.
As many customers did not receive any response and consequently became dissatisfied, they contacted us
directly.
To remain true to our company policy, continue providing competent service, and counteract the significant
decline in orders, we have taken over shipping to the USA ourselves.
To ensure you continue receiving our trusted quality, deliveries to customers in the USA are currently made
directly from Switzerland and Australia.
Of course, we are actively seeking a new, trustworthy, and reputable distribution partner in the USA.
Regarding warranty claims for products purchased through the former US distributor, we are currently
clarifying, within the scope of our possibilities, how we can offer fair solutions.
