Maybe not, but maybe you should....

No one is talking about dealers that might make this level, but from my perspective as an owner/buyer of high end vehicles, I have high expectations. Not trying to sound snooty, but service is service and needs to be recognized.

Mossy has exceeded EVERY expectation I had.

Vinny - I wished I listened to him asking me to come in for “option” selections. I knew what I wanted. I didn’t come in. I love my Grenadier, but in hindsight, I wish I had ordered the winch and and red chassis. Had I listened, I would have gotten that. Every part of my experience with Vinny has been top notch.

Trevor - What an awesome guy. He bent over backwards to make me happy during service and updated me throughout. Nothing is perfect, but Trevor did the job - Especially knowing I was driving in from a long way away. No complaints, and I only wish other dealership experiences went this way.

I know there are lots of staff I can’t mention, but they are obviously all a part of the same experience.

I have NO outstanding warranty issues or items (and some items are still open but being addressed as we go - which makes sense). I have no reason to say this other than I wish every new car experience went like this, but it never does. Ineos being a new manufacturer, you expect a dumpster fire experience...... Mossy has this questioned answered.

If anyone is listening or cares to, this is an Ineos representative that Deserves accolades!!!!

I feel the same about Curry in Danbury CT.

I will say that KO Ineos is not high on my list after 3 different attempts (calls, voicemails, emails) to schedule service and not one time receiving any response…

Does anyone know anything about Knauz in Illinois? I own two homes; one where Knauz is the closest dealer and another where Red Noland is. If heard several good things about Red Noland but nothing about Knauz.

Agree 1000%!! They are the second reason I purchased a second Grenadier! The first reason was obviously because I feel in love with the first one. However, if I didn’t have such a great and positive buying experience on the first one, there would be no “Dual Grenny Guy”!! Whatever they do for the PDI works as I have 2 trouble free Grenny’s, and once the Quartermaster hits the USA I will be back to them for a 3rd purchase. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 10 years, but never 3 at the same dealership! 🤝

Suppose this would be a good time to let it slip about the dealer appreciation awards then……
Are you hinting at a poll/contest for a dealership of the year for this forum? If so, you already teased us, might as well let the cat out of the bag. 🤷‍♂️

A suggestion; there was some discussion of an official customer-based rating/ranking poll/questionnaire, but that hasn't happened. Maybe it should given that it has now been a year that people have had their vehicles in the US

Honestly I think that @globalgregors would be the best to determine since they have probably been to the most dealers worldwide…(was going to say “they were serviced by many dealers” but then felt the thread may get hijacked so opted not to…but then decided to add it as a note 😅)

I had mine delivered through Mossy in San Diego.

They were great to deal with. In fact, my brother drove to San Diego from Phoenix to purchase his Fieldmaster from them. He is also happy with them.

That being said, I had my first service done by Warner at the Moab meet.

Warner is awesome. The whole crew is cool. Seriously, they are the best.

Waiting to see Arrowhead soon.
