INEOS gone and replaced......

Sounds to me like you had no idea what car to buy. A bad tradesman blames his tools. I understood what the Grenadier was before I bought it, you did not apparently. It is no GX550 and never was.

Obviously a lot of thought went into your post. Thanks for the in depth analysis and feedback. Do you feel better now?

I suspect he struggled to park it. But until he gives us the full sob story we just won't know!
And with just 5 posts and needing a new screen name (and forum) , we won't ever find out ;)

Sold my Grenadier and got a new Lexus GX550.......................like chalk and cheese that INEOS is the biggest dumpster ever.
Just had a look at the Lexus GX550 and it looks like a brilliant piece of kit, which version did you buy?

Also, it might be useful for forum members if you could explain why your were dissatisfied with the INEOS?

My bet, is that it was an incorrect horse for your course!

I’ve never understood folks that shell out $100K for a vehicle only to turn around and take a huge bath on it backing out. Maybe do a bit more homework…

And then gloat about it on a public forum lol. I would be too embarrassed.

Unless it genuinely was a lemon law case.

How could a Grenadier be regarded a 'dumpster"?
The Cybertruck has won that award - in every country

Grocery store parking lot the other day - same one where my Grenadier got gang ducked by a bunch of Jeep Wranglers. There is a Yalie DESPERATE to dissociate themselves from Tesla, but without enough money to just dump it

Some additional information would be good if you could provide it. I’d be interested to hear an exec summary of why. Any issue/s specifically? Service issues, HVAC not fixed, etc

I’d seen your vehicle at Purnell’s previously and from an earlier post you’d also installed a custom ORS tray in the back that looked rather neat. You’d comitted early, even the number plate. Why the reverse?

If the OP is a legit owner (previous owner) then I apologize for my troll post above and will delete it.

I would also be curious for more details. 🙏🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Just too many small issues all the time. I had no confidence in it at the end. I wanted to love it but couldn’t. Had issues with aircon not working on days and then just working again, stick locks, system errors, the tech and apple car play and phone system is horrible. It’s a tiring car to drive day to day and then on long distance drives I started getting cramps from the step in the foot well. Signs of rust at early age also a concern. I wanted to love it but it just couldn’t.

Many comparisons of the gX550 to the Ineos on line they are the same price and comparable cars as far as what they are offering. I do feel better I don’t have to deal with issues week in week out and worry about the rust signs already showing.

Parking no issue for me I had a Silverado before that. The issue is all the problems. And signs of rust. The full doff replacement at 14,000ks concerns me also.

The Overtrail version. Not incorrect I own a farm and drove daily. The Ineos has too many problems to use as a daily driver and work car. Not to mention it is uncomfortable to drive long distance. But the combination of things constantly not working, water leaks, aircon not working on hot days and the. The next day working again. Concerns over build quality and early signs of rust.

Will be much easier to park at the Coles carpark.
See ya.
The Lexus is bigger you clown. I is a Silverado before that so not sure what your on about. The issue is the car is not well built and has a lot of problems and showing early signs of rust. The tech is awful the foot well issue is real and was creating aches in my hips on long drives and the regular issues from doors seals to aircon not working on some days and constant trees to fix little things made it all to hard. I like you wanted to love the grenadier. I persisted for nearly 2 years but it simply isn’t a well destined or built machine.

A post truly worthy of being on Facebook.
Just someone being honest mate. I would warn anyone off the grenadier. As much as I wanted to love it. There are plenty of other owners I know who have exited the car alps for much the same reasons. Lack of reliability and problems. They are delayed to go anywhere but really you need to be within 50ks of the dealership if you own one as you will be there a lot.
