Ideas on drawer systems

Heaps more space in those drawers, wonder how the plastic runners stand up after a few years of use? The fridge slide where you can replace with a drawer and a top panel when not in use seems like a good idea.
The plastic runners are just 2 strips of high quality Teflon/HDPE plastic that sit on top of each other on both sides. I copied their design for drawers in my Patrol, lubricate the strips with Silicone spray or similar. Very simple design with little that can go wrong, and slides better than conventional drawer slides.

Just ordered my uhmwpe 7000 strips for my drawers from dotmar. 8 strips at 16mm wide. 700mm long and 3mm thick. $22 Aud. Route 1-1.5mm out of base plate and drawer to house them and should have my drawer sliding like a hot knife through butter.

Thanks for the tip, can I ask how these are secured to the drawers/cabinet given they are only 3mm thick? Is there an adhesive that works with this product?

They advise must be fixed down so hoping with a routed channel just a few little 10mm 4g screws will do it🤞slightly countersunk.

Aluminium locking drawer with pull out bench. The main slides are rated at 227kg. The unit weighs in just under 40kg including the Grenadier L Track rails fitted. I had to space between the chassis and the underside of the module. I like that the drawer is a useful depth and both bench and drawer lock in the outward position.

I've posted enough photos, but here is a look at the finished product just minus the latch/catch/handle. Still trying to find the right one.
This now has wing insert on left side completed. It clicks into place to allow access to jack (hoping to store minimum tools and spare fuses, fluid, and the like). Right side has no wing however now has a little partition wall to store items on sloping wheel arch and jetboiler at the front with other coffee necessities. Bushman 35-52L fridge on a slideitsolutions fridge slide. Space right of fridge is 600mm x 700mm. The drawer dimensions 650x550x170. The Hose below fridge slide is for the 35L water tank behind the system. Overall its 190mm tall and with the fridge (website states 22.5kg) plus full water tank (safe at 40kg) the whole system would be right on 100kg.

What brand is that?
