How do you get power to the 400 watt AC outlets?

Hi sorry for what is probably a basic question, but page 229 of the manual talks about the power output for the two 400w AC outlets, but does not actually say how I turn them on? I can't figure that out, anyone know how? Thanks!

I don't know if and how you have to turn it on. But I would plug in an AC light and then turn each individual switch in the roof power panel on and off until the light comes on.

Before you do this, at a home outlet, make sure the lamp is turned on at its own switch.

Thanks, I had tried that yesterday, and tried all sorts of things and couldn't get it to work. Today though, in true Grenadier fashion, it suddenly works. From what I can tell there is no separate switch for it, you just either need to have the engine running, or have the key in the ACC position.

To use the inverter you need the Engine running.
It powers down when the engine is shut down.
No additional roof switchtrickery required.
The inverter remains powered regardless of the roof switch combinations, albeit them under no load.

Does the same 400w inverter operate both of the AC outlets (one on rear seat side of center console and other in the cargo area)?

Yep!

In the US MY24 models, are the outlets included in all models, or is it only if you ask for the inverter and battery under the back seat?

The configurator says it’s a $750 option and you need the auxiliary battery $900 option as well.

Interestingly it also says you can use the power when the engine is stopped !

need to investigate the wiring for this. I want a 2000w inverter powered off the aux that will be conveniently available under any engine condition, the photo seems misleading by the above accounts
