How and where do you store an ax and a saw in your Grenadier?

Hey emax,

I use Quick Fist clamps for my shovel (see photo), and you can use these for other similar things - like an axe. They are made from good quality rubber, and they stay flexible (i.e. usable) in hot and cold weather. I'll provide a link to them on Amazon (below the photo).

I ordered the Quick Fist multi-size box set off Amazon. The photos on the site show that the largest size fits a fire extinguisher, which I'm also trying to figure out which one to get.

I was thinking about a way to mount the quick fists to the utility belt (for a shovel and axe), but that wouldn't prevent theft, so I'll have to re-evaluate.

Also looking for a solution to mount 2 MaxTrax MkII on my ride, with no roof bars, roof rack or BSI molle / utility panels. Not sure if the utility belt would hold them long term / on road or even be the right spacing. I got the short lockable pin mounts from MaxTrax (17mm mounting studs). I was considering getting rubberized P-clamps to mount them to the rear ladder.

I think for my shoveling needs, at least at first, I'm going for an e-tool. Maybe a Glock or SOF. I know Rhino has a shovel as well. Those should fit somewhere inside, maybe under the seats.

This thread... authorities must be keeping an eye on it. If you see anyone with an axe and shovel strapped to the side and driving around the Belanglo area...
