New member here. Just picked up my 24 Grenny (?- what is the preferred shorthand for the Grenadier). I have had my share of triumphs and tribulations with my 94 RHD D90- so im excited to see how it goes with this.

Welcome! Not sure about the shorthand, I just go with "the Gren". Great color choice

Welcome and First thing you need to do is super simple and cost effective. We call ours the blue rhino

2.5" lift with Ebach springs and King Shocks.
Get some 35" tires R/T or M/T
onboard air compressor
GMRS Radio
Lights everywhere
Bull bar
Owl Side steps
Full protection under the car any brand they all the same
Steering damper it solves everything

Or you will just end up enjoying it the way it is

Love the idea of adding all those accessories, and i might add a Starlink antenna, sat phone and a fold out tent platform.

Just one thing- does the collective here have a particular bank they like to rob to fund all this?

I just added starlink via the owl roof top mount it actually has come in handy a couple times already... worth it plus you can pay month to month for service so if you aren't using that ride for a while you can just have it paused. For funding sometimes you luck out and run into a disposed of CC on the floor of a store.... I dunno why people just throw them away like that but finders keepers????

As noted in another post, put some helicopter tape on the leading surfaces of the steps that will get pummeled by stones.
