Grenadier Spotted

I was thinking of starting a thread like this bc I always wonder if people come across other Grenadiers.

This is a bit of a cheat maybe. One of my girlfriends saw my car for the first time and the very next day she saw another Scottish white G parked at her gym. Gym was in north Phoenix. She thought it might belong to a pro athlete since a lot of them train there.

Been in Cornwall since Friday, saw black one outside hotel on road to Fistral beach with orange small rear door, Melvill & Moon seat covers and non OEM wheels, one in Falmouth by the National Maritime museum, black with roof tent and today another black one on car park overlooking bowling green in Newquay

I have not gotten excited about the red undercarriage, but it was pretty slick with the red ladder. Also saw there were no back side windows. I don't know if that's a mod or the utility truck we don't have in the US.

That’s the commercial config - we don’t get it because it would be subject to the chicken tax (like the QM)

Me too!! I almost got those from Mossy bc they showed this option on their website. I kind of wish I had. They said they powder coated them and I wonder what it would cost to do it afterwards. One of my worries was whether paint like that would chip off and I just don’t know enough about it.

I ended up buying a pre-registered Grenadier rather than speccing my own but when I was playing with the configurator I always ended up with either the dark green or dark blue with a white roof. If I’d gone with that colour scheme I would have definitely got the steelies powder coated to match.

My Grenadier is Donny grey and the black wheels suit it perfectly to my mind.

IF they ever bring out an SWB model I might buy one for Mrs von Teuchter and it’ll likely end up two-tone

I saw another in Newquay in carpark over bowling green with views over Towan beach and island. Black, roof rack, surfboard and blanked out rear side windows. I'll keep looking, are you north, south, east or West Cornwall?

I was at Owl in Mesa getting my latest orange aluminum bits added on.

The rear handle, I installed a few months back and was my gateway drug. The rest was added Friday.

Very pleased with the quality of manufacturing and professionalism of their crew.
