Grenadier Servicing Price Australia

Spoke to Manager at Leahey Auto Group, Orange Sales and Service yesterday 21 March 2025 indicated that they are returning their franchise license to IC due to lack of support from HQ, only servicing their current clients. Cheers

I had my 30K service done there on Thursday, whilst travelling through the NSW Central West. I was very happy with their work. Joe the mechanic was exceptional, providing me with a number of detailed photographs of things he noticed (including melted plastic at the rear of my engine cover, which will be replaced under warranty on my return to Sydney, as part of the latest service campaigns). It was obvious that he checked over the vehicle very thoroughly.

It's disappointing to hear that they will be returning their franchise licence, as they looked after me very well.

I'm finding these costs beyond the pail. A similar 2 hr 30,000km service on the wife's late model Subaru was less than $500 including adjustments, oil, filters etc. And they were thorough. I suspect the Ineos service fees are indicative of the reluctance of IA to release tech information... The quoted response reported elsewhere here of an Ineos finance exec. reputedly saying that the information has 'intrinsic' value...well we knew that!!! But that was the major "point of difference" which was used to reel in the interested punters. We are still waiting....

The $950 charge for my 30K service comprised, in rough figures …
Parts (air filter, oil filter, water separator filter, HVAC filter) - $312
Fluids (engine oil, brake fluid) - $161
Labour - $391
GST - $86

I’d be interested to see a breakdown from the agents who are charging way more than this.

Fantastic, back to the monopolised servicing of Purnell only really for anyone in Sydney. It's a real shame to have software updates and service intervals only cleared by ineos. Personally I want to ensure warranty by having servicing completed by ineos for warranty period. but anyone in Sydney really has no where left to go but Purnell and the pricing is ridiculous. I know the cars are expensive and even if it can be afforded it doesn't justify the cost of what it being carried out. I love the car and want to support ineos so much but a promise of workshop manuals has been a let down and now only having one place to go which isn't exactly convenient for everyone is frustrating. Ineos really should train BMW dealers just to give something and more widespread and probably a little cheaper.
