INEOS changed paint supplier (don't know the reason) Unfortunately the new supplier has struggled to supply sufficient quantity of some of the colours, hence the 'restricted' caveat.

Hang on… INEOS is the paint supplier! It’s one of their core businesses.

Yes but what they meant was. Gustav was in charge of mixing the Sela green paint but he got promoted and Pieter who took over is no where near as quick. Hence the paint delays.

You have to give it to Sir Jim, he has his fingers in so many pies it’s unreal. Good on him

I think you have to distinguish between the coating and the pigments. Pigments are a quite specialized business and very likely not the domain of Ineos.

But of course I don't know for sure.

Yep, Ineos has some great products to go WITH color pigments, but not the color pigments. Sun? Heubach?

they do make paints but not for Grenadier, I did get told the company they changed to but it was in one ear and out the other, maybe BASF but someone here will know

Wasn't BASF the original paint supplier? BASF was listed as paint supplier going back to partner book.
