Ola Källenius just confirmed that the "small" G Wagon will be build, the Mini-G-Class. It will be a pure electric modell.

Information available so far:
- Length: 4.3 m
- No ICE, also not possible like other cars based on the MMA platform
- full offroad capable (whatever that will mean)
- build maybe in Rastatt, Germany or Kecskemét, Hungary

I haven't seen Alpha Motors before, but from what I can tell they don't seem to have the deep pockets needed to pull this off. Look at Fisker or Nikola, both of whom had serious deep pockets backing them and still ended up going under. Taking a drawing of a vehicle to full scale manufacturing is not easy or cheap.

Nikki who was working my table at time, said she's in, if I loan her the money. Apparently she's just doing this to help with med school bills because her dad is in jail after feeding her mom to alligators in the Florida swamp. She'll be good for it later. She seems like a sweet young lady.

Between that, and the lack of any tech, we'll just call it "the Stripper".

That will hit the G spot for some.
Some might even trailer it to Moab.
