INEOS Media Full Hard Way Home video available

the advertising works, yes, if they could transfer that to other areas of the company

They've left that for your YT channel!
When I get to Southern Africa later in the year I’ll give the Grenadier a real test. Rainy season in Malawi and Mozambique should test its mettle and the Ineos warranty. I will keep you all informed.
Unfortunately I’m not a utuber or blogger just an traveller. Photos only I’m afraid with the occasional video.

Interesting practical example of why steel wheels are preferred in rough country -begins at the 5min 40 second mark (y)
But steel wheels are not as strong so would an alloy wheel bent or been damaged there? I always used to use steel wheels but switched to alloys years ago, I have bent steel wheels 7-8 times and only damaged 1 alloy (it was still usable).

If this is supposed to feature 3 cars, why are there at least 5x UK registrations?

More could have been made of this. A one-hour video would have been appropriate. At least that's the expectation they created (for me).
  • Where did they spend the night and eat?
  • How were the briefings and debriefings?
  • What problems did they encounter?
  • What were the highlights?
  • No campfires? (be it with or without rain ...)
  • ...
A bit lean after all the announcements.

I would say "The Elephant laboured and brought forth a mouse".

Might be water. There are other such spots around there. Aircons also produce water (even it it's not hot).

And it's not a Defender, finally.

Agree 100% they could have made so much more, it should have been a really good plug for a new vehicle from a new manufacturer, instead they almost seem embarrassed to have produced such a good vehicle and have to spotlight it.
Well done to the three winners there is not a single person on this forum that would not have swapped places with them in a heartbeat, i don't wish to take anything away from them.
Ineos should have taken a leaf out of some of the other adventure travellers blogs/videos and produced something truly spectacular.

Agree, was a bit naff. Seemed to put more effort into THWH (@Jean Mercier 😈) build up than the actual final film.

Exactly, with all the resources put into this they could have made a video a day at least.

Maybe they did and decided a video that started with.......
A pilot, a doctor and a yoga instructor went to Morocco............................ might not have been taken seriously.
They got damn lucky that the 3 winners represented a varied cross section of the human race.
