Australasia Fraser’s Newcastle ineos

Hi all,
My local dealer ( Newcastle Australia) has not had a Mechanic for nearly four months now. And can’t tell me if they are even going to get another. I don’t know if I’m jumping to conclusions, but alarm bells are ringing that another dealer might shut down. The options are Port Maqaurie or Gosford. Both about two hours away. Getting crickets from the ineos hotline. Australian customers were promised service centres all over the country. Does anybody have a contact for ineos in Australia? As the hotline is pretty well useless.

Bummer! I was going to use Frasers Newcastle to service my Gren. I did a test drive of a Gren through the Gosford dealer, when I was researching the Grens. The dealer didn’t really give me a sense that they were passionate about the Grenadier. Dunno whether I want to take my Gren to them as a result. Might need to reconsider that…
