Got an email from Ineos saying your grenadier has entered production, this means we will soon need to know how you are paying for your grenadier. It's also been updated on my online portal
If its not being rude what did you ordered when I called Ineos today and they couldn't event tell me what's going on because they could not get online this is becoming a little tedious to say the least.

Just so you're aware, you can move agent to whoever you want, regardless of your build date. This isn't saying move to me by the way, but if there is someone else closer to you and you know they're a bit more active you can email the agent you want to move to with a request and they will forward this to INEOS and within 48hrs your build will be moved.

You can private message me if you want and I can let INEOS know that communication hasn't been great for you. I personally want every Agent to be on the ball with this so everyone gets a great customer service enhancing the brand overall.

Steve.
Do yo have any ideas why there are no dealers between Gloucester and Southampton, north south and between Bristol and London , west East. A fairly populated and affluent region, without Ineos Grenadier agents or dealers

They ought to team up with a few more Agricultural ddealerships. There are various networks of main dealer agencies throughout the country with some impressive facilities and probably space to extend for a dedicated area.
I think Chandlers Massey Ferguson have taken some areas.

I had never thought of that - maybe it would be better to deal with a John Deere or JCB dealer as opposed to a traditional dealer. Not sure if that’s allowed here since laws protecting car dealers exist, but my gut says folks in the Ag business are more likely to be straight shooters than slick car salesmen.

Interesting all the demos seem to have winches
I suspect that may be a marketing decision to promote a "no-nonsense-ready-for-tough-work 4wd look"...plus a little bit of quid pro quo product placement for Red Winch?
Entirely speculative you understand!.

Mind you... I have read quite a bit about the Red Winch product and I'm slightly(?) envious that I really can't justify one. they seem indeed to be of 'top drawer' quality Ineos is striving for. .

Isn't it partly just the maths?

There's 23 sales and service locations, and a further 9 service only, in GB.

If GB volume was 5,000 per annum (for arguments sake), then that would be 4 car sales per week per location (mean average). That's not a lot to support the agent's overhead and running costs, even when you factor in service work building over successive years.

OK, that doesn't address the geographical unevenness of the coverage; but here you must assume Ineos did it's market research, approached businesses in the empty zones and drew negative responses.

It is after all a niche product, so travelling a distance to an agent has to be embraced as part of the adventure.

Maybe the demo cars are more often equipped with the winch. So it can be demonstrated…

Not sure how much I will ever use it but I have ordered one anyway.
