We are moving to Molas Pass eventually. But I will be up there all summer next year, and May - Feb the following, and Summer 27 --- Full time. 2.5 Miles south of town in Ravens Nest. I am working on that subdivision and a new one up 110 next summer and getting well and septic, lot cleared, ect. Stop on by for some Grenadier talk! Easy to find, Prince Edward sign and all the equipment scattered about.
