ESC TSA REDUCED BRAKING ETC FAULTS

Hi,

Whilst driving this evening I had the following faults all at once
ESC not available
Vehicle Stability Reduced TSA
Hydraulic Brake Assist Malfunction
Uphill Assist Not Available
Downhill Assist Not Available

The faults remained after stopping and restarting three times.

Has anyone had the same problem ? Possibly Hardware or Software

Hi R14ONE,
I just picked up my Grenadier new from the dealer last week and my car has been faulting every day with the same fault codes.
It deactivates my cruise control as well.
I thought that it was something to do with the steering wheel angle sensor as the steering wheel was off just a smidge.
I have taken it up to the dealer where they did a calibration on the steering angle sensor.
I asked them to just straighten up the steering wheel but, the calibration it was as the steering wheel is still of a tad driving home today.
Driving home today, it has faulted again. I have just done 500kms in the car.
It seems to be happening to me when I am doing 100km/hr on the freeway.
I have called the workshop back immediately and informed them. I am now waiting for a reply from Ineos to the dealer to then relay the request to me but I am getting over the trips to the dealer.
Did you get to the bottom of what is causing this issue on your car at all?

Hi,
Yes mine started over a month ago with same faults as you but also power steering and gearbox faults. I have nothing showing at all in the recorded faults list, just blank.
It's in for service next week and they will try and trace the cause. Dashboard looks like a Christmas tree

Most of us had these warnings. I got them a few times more often when new, now maybe once a month... the issue im told is battery if it's not PERFECTLY charged it can show these warnings. Also, if you turn ignition to full instantly it can do this also, the system needs about .75 seconds after 2nd engage to limit this occurrence. I spend just that 1 second off final ignition stage and warnings never come on.

Strange indeed,I had the same sequence of faults,not sure if it was linked to steering wheel off centre and wandering to centre of road but all came good after a wheel alignment [specialist ie not by the dealer]

Sounds like a faulty wheel speed sensor
