as others have mentioned on this forum ,the emergency fuel flap unlock is in the little boxed hole at the rear ,on the right side-see photo
However nothing like that on mine , no ring ,no wire
Could it be somewhere else ?
if not ,how could i open the flap if it is blocked ?
(It happened to me on another car)

I have spent a fair amount of time in that area and I'm not aware of anything in there that relates to an emergency fuel flap unlock, but perhaps I missed something. The filler is further forward and is outside the body on the other side of the angled area above the wheel arch.
Here is a pic with the trim removed.

@CountyV8 I think @Leonidas is referring to an early post you made here. Was there something in that space you discovered for the fuel cap? The label on the back of the removable panel in your post makes no sense. I don't have access to my vehicle currently to see if I have the same label and part number.

I know, I was just surprised that his NATO plug was in the rear side whilst mine is in the engine bay

That's not the NATO plug in the engine bay. That's a positive power post for jump starting like @ADVAW8S said. All vehicles have it. Read the jump starting section of your owners manual.

Happy to help.
I like that you're asking a lot of questions. They help to remove assumptions and get a common understanding.

There's no such thing as a silly question.

It was the dealer who said it was a Nato Plug ,and I did not question his authority (maybe I should have:))
Now, what we see on the photo is the place where to fit the Nato plug itself (separate item to buy?)
By the way ,would you have an idea about the emergency fuel flap opening ,where could that be ? If nothing there ,how could we open the flap without destructing it ?
