I don’t see it happening (at all). Johnson County - possibly. Wichita, no.
I'd be in the market in Kansas City but the closest dealer is either in Dallas or Chicago. Not sure what Ineos' application process is like. How selective are they, really? Just because some bigger metro doesn't have a dealer yet shouldn't mean a smaller one can't get one first, especially if the end-goal is to have a dealer in most major metros in the country.

It has to be close to a significant metro market - KC or STL would make sense - not Wichita

I guess I'm unfamiliar with Ineos' eventual plan. Do they only ever want to be in metros with 2-milllion or greater? Or do they eventually want to be in the same markets as, say, a Land Rover dealership?

Being in every market with a LR dealer would be many years and several additional models down the line... LR's US sales numbers in 2024 were nearly 11x that of Ineos'. Modern LR caters to a vastly different (and much larger) market than Ineos does
