I have some questions about the battery compartment.
In the picture below with the yellow and orange circles, why is there nothing attached to the negative post? What is the item in the orange circle supposed to go to?

In the other picture that is just the aera for the fuses?

Where would the 2nd battery go?

Guessing not your vehicle, the negative terminal has been disconnected (as per your circles).
The starter battery lives in front of that fusebox, the secondary battery when fitted is mounted on the right hand side as per the second photograph.

It is my Trialmaster, I have had it for about 3 months, do these batteries have more than 1 set of + and - terminals?

No, just a normal pair of terminals.

I can't imagine why the starter battery has been disconnected.

That is the aux (second) battery.... but that cable should definitely be connected as the battery is doing nothing right now

Second battery is just dead weight in this case. I would say, get that back to the dealer. Somebody had one job…..
Absolutely correct; it's literally the second item under "Inside vehicle check" on the PDI...

I found the start battery, it is hidden under a plastic cover. see yellow box

I called the dealer but got his voice mail so left him a messagek

Thanks guys

Steve, what happened, did you get it rectified?

Get it, rectified..

Oh, my.. and I'm not even drinking yet.

LOL, not yet surprise I am waiting on the dealers service dept to schedule me.

If I get some free time I will probably just do it myself.
