AUSTRALIA: Third party suppliers for the Grenadier

I've received my Guard from Justin and it's top quality and does the job. Thanks for drawing our attention to this. Just what I've been looking for
The first production run of the Euroflo Expedition Equipment fuel filter guard is done (as ddv notes).

EUROFLO EXPEDITION FUEL FILTER GUARD DESIGN UPDATE
There was a modification before the FIRST run was started. The rounded cut out on the guard allows access to part of the chassis sometimes used by aftermarket lift kits (see the top of the image).

NEW PRODUCT COMING
The three holes you see on the top left of the fuel filter guard are for a new product to be announced shortly by EUROFLO Expedition.

UPDATE.
First batch has all gone.......
We will be doing another batch next week....
So if you want to reserve one please shoot us an email
thanks
Justin

You will find Justin (@euroflo) very responsive, he has been on the fuel filter guard.

Plus more products are on the way (as not all are listed on the website).
I called in to see Justin yesterday and despite the 40 degree heat and lack of scalp cover we had a great chat and went over a fair bit.
Yes he was extremely nice to talk with and makes a great product.
I have borrowed a prototype bracket.
I spoke with Bush Company on the phone today and they were very interested but also not aware of this type of mounting.
I have emailed initial information and pictures and plan to go to their premises in a couple of weeks.
They are 198 kms from my place but only 12 kms from our factory in Coolum.

I managed to recover my blog today. So the links to the articles on Anderson plug pitfalls, terminal crimping and battery monitors are back up and working.

I have some issues elsewhere in the blog but the 12 volt stuff is working, when I tested it.

I was concerned I lost the lot, even with two backups. The problem was caused by a software bug in Wordpress and a PHP software update. I did lose updates between August 2024 and January 2025, a small price to pay. I have a brain injury from the car accident making this more technical stuff beyond my current abilities. The remaining issues appear to be around linked images, which I am fixing manually (it will take time).

EDIT: it looks like I have fixed most of the image problems. I just need to test a bit more. I had started the manual fixes and then I worked out why it maybe happening. Keep trying is a lesson I have learned since the accident as I relearn many things again.

Of people downloaded the latest edition, could you cut and paste the last edition.

Item 6 added, the ONTAP Portable shower which you can also use to wash pots/dishes or hands/feet after the beach. A couple of owners have them behind the rear Letech ladder (as diesel or petrol Jerry cans are not legal in that position in Australia).

TANKS – WATER AND FUEL
  1. Expedition HQ has a selection of water, diesel and water tanks, fuel here and water here;
  2. DUNN & WATSON water tanks here;
  3. The generic Jerry can used for fuel and water is commonly available. They can be carried inside the car (water), on the roof rack or molle panels on the car;
  4. PAK Offroad has a water tank for the footwells in the rear, or a new roof rack mount with recovery tracks called the RACKTANK (unknown if the TUBTANK or Wheel arch tank can fit into the QM tub); (thanks to @globalgregors and @Rok_Dr);
  5. VAAST has range of water tanks that can be mounted on a roof rack, inside the car or on Molle Panels;
  6. ONTAP Portable Shower, Original here , Black Limited Edition here;;
  7. BOAB Offroad has fuel and water tanks, look here; and
  8. ORS can fit stainless steel water tanks (including for the Grenadier, I have one installed), look here.

Item 1 is new, a new custom made More4X4 L track for the Grenadier (More4x4 calls it an M Track), significantly cheaper than the Blacksheep option.

L TRACK FOR GRENADIER
If you did not order L Tracks on your IG there are now aftermarket options:
  1. More4X4 L track made for the Grenadier here;
  2. Black Sheep Innovations Australia here; and
  3. Offroad-Tec Airline Mounting Rail here. NOTE: this option is NOT the same as the OEM L Track. So, study it closely before buying.

I was not sure whether it would work and have remained silent, until I could make my own long term observations. It seems to be working, which would explain why so many Mining Companies use the CAT System.

My comments are based on actual observations, do you have any real world observations from personal use? I would welcome them, I don't mind if they are negative. Their website does have professional tests of their product. You can read the results yourself.
