I have asked a few suppliers if they can do mounts for a 270 Awning that doesn't require a roof rack/platform.
My preference is to use the existing bars and their mounting bolts rather than the gutter, or in conjunction with the gutter.
For my use case I won't need roof racks, as I have the safari windows racks would be limited to 1800 mm long anyway.

I have had no or negative responses to date but finally over Christmas Grenx replied that he is looking at it for maybe after April.

We might be able to help you there....
we have a set made for the Campboss 270 awning on our test vehicle at the moment.
They are currently part of a full set-up we are testing...

Custom Offroad currently have 15% off , if you want under body protection, look here.

The install time for the trailing arm protectors states 25 minutes, it is 5 minutes (with a 20 minute tea/coffee break or your beverage of choice if you need one). I installed mine today. I started with the passenger side and then did the driver's side. 4 bolts in total.

Thank you INEOS for making this SO easy, front and rear diff plates are next.
Diff ones take 10 minutes including unpacking.
I wonder if they'll make a front bash plate a bit thicker than factory?

I will be down in Brisbane next week, probably Wednesday/Thursday for work.
Ok if I call in?
I am not going to be looking to purchase for a couple of months, but also interested in the rear shelf etc.

You will find Justin (@euroflo) very responsive, he has been on the fuel filter guard.

Plus more products are on the way (as not all are listed on the website).
I like what Grenx has been doing however with Justin being local( 273 kms away) that would be great.
During this year I plan to add the awning, hence the brackets, a rear shelf and rear side and door window Molle panels.
Molle panels more to protect the windows from breakage if cargo moves.
Looks like I will have to fabricate my own fridge slide.

For months I have been looking at the TLR website for INEOS products, nothing until today. The website now shows INEOS as a car make, so products must be on the way, in the near future.

It might be an idea to get Aussie Drifter Touring to do a Redarc DC to DC wiring kit for the Grenadier and QM. Examples of what they do are here.

My nephew is getting a kit for his GU Patrol.
Interesting. I’m in the process of setting up a battery box (national luna) and will use a redarc alpha dcdc charger as well. After a lot of research I ordered the redarc alpha as it had the ability to charge starter battery from the auxiliary and also from a solar import when the auxiliary was fully charged. You can also adjust imput and output currents. Stay tuned….

Cheers
Steve

Aussie Drifter's latest product uses the Redarc Alpha.
