I just drove past there five minutes ago. Still black plastic over all the windows and a lot of landscaping to do, but functionally it looks very close to finished from the outside at least. Pity they have a fully gated & locked compound so no up close sticky-beaking.

When I was there before Christmas it was full of crap and an old Landrover up on a hoist.
A couple of weeks ago Ric was water blasting the interior to clean it up.
If you look at the small white section on the concrete below the T that is going to be a waterfall and all the area below is going to be a 4wd track for test drives.
