For me, the side runners are mainly to climb on when closing the iKamper roof-top tent - it’s too high up to reach/tuck-in the canvas without something to step on. I’ll find a way around it until the siderunners arrive. They’re a standard fitment of the 1924 edition, so a bit surprised they didn’t ship with the vehicle.

Finally collected it! Almost 7 months after ordering, but well worth the wait. Still missing the side-runners & checker-plate wing protectors (on back-order), but so far so good.

Just noticed that UK pricing has come down slightly. I think it's now at a price I would expect after two years of production in the UK.

EDIT: I won't I won't change the above post - but I was checking the Trailmaster Edition, there is now total confusion as it can be configured as a Utility Vehicle or a Station Wagon - need to explore the differences. Please comment if you know what is going on please.
