Are VINs sequential

My VIN is in the 11,000s.. does that mean it was 11,xxx built? So midway through the 25k is production?
 
Mine is 7273 picked up on December 28, 2023. Probably sequential but since sold to many different countries not sequential in USA or any country is my guess. Just a guess though.

Your guess is right, mine is 7601, picked up 25th November in UK spec. Yours came off the production line just days before me, with a shorter delivery time I got it 1 month earlier.
 
And idea when the 11,000s were produced and delivered to the US (Seattle)?
 
FWIW, mine is 12519 and in its 5th month of wandering aimlessly somewhere between France and Dallas.

In the UK and EU when a new car is handed over to the customer, they also hand over the "Certificate of Conformity".
This along with the VIN will also included build date.
Not having to comply with EU regulations I presume there is no similar document in the US
