Anyone made a 3D printed block for the front inner parking sensors?

Had my bull bar fitted today, and on the drive home had the front L inner parking sensor alarm multiple times. Seems to be picking up the bull bar edge. I figure a 10mm - 15mm block that the sensor can be installed in and attached to the bumper would move it out far enough to eliminate the issue.
Any other suggestions?

Cheers,
Ken

I’d hand ball it back to the dealer as a warranty issue. False positives from the parking sensors are a well known issue and may be due to a number of reasons. Interference from the bullbar is possible but not likely.

I have had no false readings until today, when I had the bull bar installed. Hence my suspicion of interference. I do need to return, as they ordered the wrong rock sliders for my Quartermaster.

Many others haven't had issues with the parking sensors and bull bars and Ineos Australia have said the bar doesn't interfere with the sensors when I asked the question earlier in the year. I suspect something may have upset your sensors during the bar install and that it will be easily fixable by the dealer. Other things known to cause sensor false positives include faulty sensors, sensor alignment, sensors not seated properly and corroded contacts.

Thanks for the reply. Will have them have a look when I take it back in.

Had a bull bar on my previous Ineos (lost it during Hurricane Helene) and had ZERO problems with the parking sensors. Salvaged the bull bar and put it on my replacement Ineos and the sensors were constantly going off. Can't explain it. My fix was to simply turn off "Front Parking Assist" in the settings... (I can see the front of the Grenadier and what's in front of it without much trouble One less set of beeps!)
