Dudes... I gonna just remove mine. Examining it by hand with some proper force and there is no movement at all... Driving over some cobblestone and this thing goes mental.

And unfortunately all suggestion in here seems just random trial and errors which work for some and others have no success. There isn't even a manual for it I guess and it's just fitted how the dealer feels like it?

Ok, stupid question, but does yours still have the 2 rubber covers for the top (left and right) hex screws still attached?
If the table’s solid on the door then the movement must just be between table and table frame so perhaps the rubber covers are missing or it needs some padding between the 2. Good luck.

Just had my picnic table fitted by the dealer.
They said they were told by ineos to put the longer spacers on the top, despite the instructions saying otherwise. It fits well, and flush against the door, doesn’t rattle, and is perfectly flat when the table is down.

I managed to get hold of a right angle screw driver (two of the bolts are hard to get out), tried flipping the top with the bottom spacers over and it works! Thanks Sean

They're behind the picnic table - longer ones along the bottom / shorter ones along the top. The shoulder/step on one end of the spacer should sit in the holes marked on the photo (view of removed table as seen from the rear). Quick cutaway sketch showing fitting of 'O' rings as well - no charge!View attachment 7833287View attachment 7833285
Dang. I'm so grateful I found this because mine has been rattling like crazy and they failed to fix it even when I brought it in to the dealer (twice)! Thanks for the info!

Just installed it on mine.. It rattles driving on pavement and I noticed it's due to the two piece hinged side strips. I stuck a piece of rubber between them and that seem to have stopped rattle.

When you guys say it rattles, is it rattle driving over pavement? Or off roading, or on washboard?
