Why did you receive a refund?I received my refund on 10/26. Q4 Build Date, Dealer expects Q1 2024 delivery. No VIN available yet.

Yup reservation deposits will just be refunded straight back from IA.. way easy on the books then having IA issue credits to all their dealer network per vehicle.Why did you receive a refund?

I didn't see my VIN in that batch. What's the method used to find the Customer Reference Number?You can log on and check for your vin on these ships. Then it has arrival dates to port.

So I learned. My credit card told me Ineous was refunding my $450 reservation, but I heard nothing from Ineos, so I called my dealer and he said that that that is their usual procedure.
