Another UK dealer gone.

If you contact Sean 1st thing tomorrow he might be able to book you in prior to the deadline
I had to alter my pre booked service from mid April to next week ....... all done by Sean in a
professional and courteous manner ...... a shame that he won't be able to help us in the future.
Tks yours. Sean said he'd ordered them and was awaiting the delivery. Fingers crossed they arrive tout de suite and Steve can bang them in. I'll follow up with him in the morning. 👍

Picked my new Grenadier up from INEOS Grange Edinburgh on Monday, they had plenty of quality stock, and were great setting us up for our 6hr trip back to North Wales. Just hope INEOS Chester keep going? Loving the Grenadier, its the dogs, Shale blue 5seat utility.
We're here to stay don't worry 👍

Won’t be cheap. But at least you can ask for an Aston as a courtesy car.
I tried that up at Jardines - no dice, even said my name was Rider - ECrider. Still had to get the wife to pick me up.

Sandicliffe Nottingham have stopped selling and doing warranty work, they'll do services but might not use Ineos approved parts.
Spoke with them today.

I’ve gone to Harwoods Portsmouth today for warranty issues. They have come back and said they are parting company with ineos and that they cannot help me, they don’t know who the next nearest dealer is. I had been assured that warranty work and servicing would still be carried out at Harwoods.

I’m on the Isle of Wight, so taking the car over is hard enough and costs me around £200 and a day out each time I take it. The prospect of a dealer being much further away without a courtesy car in addition is not appealing. Without having local support and servicing, coupled with the issues I’ve had with ineos I have nothing but a complete lack of confidence and faith in them. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Thank you for this belated notification from Ineos but the problem is now serious within the UK.
I've just found out that Harwoods Portsmouth are ceasing any service / warranty work from the end
of March ..... 3 weeks notice is not acceptable. The service network has now been decimated in the
South of England and many of the 'early adopters' are now approaching the 2nd year service.

Let's hope that the 'UK Retailer changes' communication comes to fruition quickly and effectively.
We've supported the company from inception now it's their turn to look after us.
I’ve just found this out too whilst having some warranty repair parts on order which are unlikely to arrive by the end of March. I just called the number on Stu’s post and spoke to a lady who confirmed that my local dealer will now be Oxford and that they are temporarily offering to collect the vehicle for any service/warranty work required.

I asked if Ineos were planning to open their own dealerships to help all of us owners as the inconvenience is growing by the week! I was just told to keep an eye out for further updates.

I thought the INEOS statement suggested a collection service??
I would always expect a courtesy car if booked in advance otherwise you may aswell use any VAT registered garage as the warranty still has to be honoured if official parts are also used. I don't know where this stands with regards to resetting service reminder and the likes but if law states that you can take to a vat registered garage then the required information must be available to the smaller repair garages?

I contacted Ineos today to ask whether I could order parts direct (diff pinion seals) and they said no only through your local dealer, I said but my last three dealers have shut so I don't have one.

Here lies a major concern for me. I cannot order parts direct or have access to part numbers to track down third party options. I'd head up to Haliwell but that's a 6 hour trip each way.
