Thinking of getting these too. Do you or anyone reading this know are these a pop in and out type install or you have to take the mirror apart and install them? As I am typing this I am also reading my own post and realizing it’s probably not the easy way huh?!
(Did Google for an install video but didn’t find anything)

Did you do blue or grey? Trying to decide. The reviews/posts I have read make it sound like an easy install but I’m a visual type guy. Guess no one posted a video yet of the swap?

I got gray, i think its a subtle gray and it looks (and works) great even in early evenings and at night.
I took pictures of my install. much easier than it sounds like (and hopefully my pics makes it easy to see how to pop the original mirrors out).
It should take no more than 10 minutes per side at most to do.

Question for those who have a Wolfbox mirror installed and are nearsighted… do you have any issues focusing on the screen if you wear your glasses while driving?

I have another vehicle with a digital mirror system and every time I glance up at the mirror (with glasses on and in rearward camera mode) from focusing on the road ahead the view is blurry because basically you are trying to focus on a screen view that is literally just inches from your eyes.

I find this causes eye strain on long trips and have to turn off the mirror camera and just go back to standard reflective mirror mode as your depth of focus is more natural. I would assume this would be the same issue with a Wolfbox as well?

I wear progressive eyeglasses. i can't see well near or far... post 40 i started wearing glasses full time.
I found no issues with the wolfbox. I use the part of my eyeglasses that is designed for far vision but it works really well for me.

in fact wolfbox has been a significant upgrade for me. i was warned by some people that focusing on a digital display would be different from a mirror but i found no issues in changing focus. after a day or two it was super normal to me.

Same for me, but it pretty much went away after a few days. I also think putting on the anti-glare film helped. I felt like it was just reflective enough that I was seeing the back door in dark parts of the screen and it was tricking my eyes to deeper focus like a traditional mirror.

Bottom line: I've gotten used to it and I'm not going back!

Never thought of this. Can you provide the name/brand of the product you used? Will probably get some myself. I don’t wear glasses myself, but think this should help anyone with reflections etc.

I use these (better quality) blind spot mirrors stick ons. They works well and you don't lose the real distance by keeping the regular mirrors:

I am 5'6", and I feel short in cars, because... I am. I boosted the rear of the seat 2-½" higher with a block in the rear. I am happy with it, so next step is to machine the block out of aluminum. I used a bolt rated at 57,000lbs. I also installed the Wolfbox which I like, and some small Amazon blind spot mirrors (double stick tape)

Agreed. I drove a loaner Grenadier today and immediately noticed how big of difference the wider view makes, especially when in reverse.

I saw this video last night and rewatched today after the tequila wore off. The video really doesn't do itself any favors by not showing the improvement in visibility so for those of you that posted photos I really appreciate it.

The narrow field of vision was the only thing I didn't like about the Grenadier when I first drove it a year ago and I was really happy to see this being addressed so quuckly by the aftermarket. I ordered the gray and they will be on their way here next week.
