"...we tend to venture into some of the most remote locations here in Northern Australia"  I like your thinking but is it really so remote if you carry your own coffee machine?  ???

Yes and we take pillows when we sleep on the ground in our swags also.

Keeping peace around the camp fire is important too.  I have a friend with a M-B Sprinter expedition camper that is only used for fly fishing, day trips.  His SO will only sleep in a motel because 'primitive' camping isn't okay with her.   It's an expensive an unwieldy vehicle for day trips.  I'm slowly turning him from "interested in a G-wagen"  into a Grenadier "maybe I'll put down a deposit".
Thanks Tazzieman,
The other half wants to take the  small coffee pod machine would you believe, ... we tend to venture into some of the most remote locations here in Northern Australia  ie Arnhem Land for example. Dont know if this arrangement would work or not.
We have a Nanopresso with a pod adapter. You can use pods or as standard just ground coffee (bit more of a fiddle/mess). Compact and robust. Coffee is as good as a machine - we wouldn't bother otherwise. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/264321017492?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-159824-816807-4&mkcid=2&itemid=264321017492&targetid=4585444530151280&device=c&mktype=&googleloc=&poi=&campaignid=412352395&mkgroupid=1309518645581565&rlsatarget=pla-4585444530151280&abcId=9300543&merchantid=136820&msclkid=a213c295ec5c13020b5da0b1f287fbc5

Pardon this question if it has been previously answered. Will there be any type of built in sunshade for the Safari Roof panels? A tinted or opaque slider, perhaps?

From the conversation that I had at the la event. The answer was no. There will not be a sunshade, the glass will be treated with a slight tint and some anti uv coating. That’s what I remember anyway.
As the panels are removable I’d give the aftermarket a little while before they cone up with solid insulated panels. Or INEOS if you’re reading. It would be a really good idea.

I guess they'll be like the tesla glass roofs, where there's a slight tint to them

Yep. It’ll be scorchio in the desert in summer and cold in the mountains in winter. But the cabin will feel light and airy ?

I like your avatar.

Is there as well such a symbol anywhere with a front view?
Where do you have it from?

I think I got it from the INEOS press pack. I’ll have a look and see if I still have it and upload them.

Yeah - for these reasons, this option is a hard pass for me. If you have never owned a vehicle with glass in the ceiling that has no insulated cover / shade - be warned: the glare from the sun is really annoying (I used to wear a hat inside my truck to keep the sun out of my eyes), and the car gets really hot in summer - despite the dark tint to the glass.

My guess is you can find an aftermarket screen that fits in that space or you can just tint it in a very dark shade for a couple hundred bucks.

Hello,

what is the base-price for a station wagon? In the digital overview and price list show only a price for the station wagon as Belstaff version. For my configuration I used the base price of the 5-seat utility wagon and added my preferred options. Now I wonder, If I made mistake? Thanks

Hello,

regarding the foldable camp tabel, are there any pictures available? Would you order this option or wait for some AS options?

Hi Nixon,

I don't have any pictures but will order it and hope it's decent quality. I think the aftermarket will take a few years to come up with a lot of the vehicle specific accessories as they will need to see a large number being ordered/delivered to make sense of producing parts.
