The part numbers for replacement headliner hole covers are as follows. I drilled mine and ordered spares so if I remove the basket the spares without holes can be installed.

GRA-7E12-008280 Partition Hole Cover Qty 2
GRA-7E11-040192 Slotted Cover RH Qty 1
GRA-7E11-040181 Slotted Cover LH Qty 1
For any Brits looking at ordering the hole covers here are the prices I've been quoted by my dealer. Now on order, so hopefully in before Christmas.
  • GRA-7E12-008280 Partition Hole Cover Qty 2 - £15.22 + VAT each – Available to Order
  • GRA-7E11-040192 Slotted Cover RH Qty 1 - £11.42 + VAT – Available to Order
  • GRA-7E11-040181 Slotted Cover LH Qty 1 - £11.68 + VAT – Available to Order

A schoolboy error here (again) these parts are the same as those already in the trial/fieldmaster. If you want the ones that are in the station wagon and don't require drilling these are shown below with UK prices (ex VAT) as of today:

I wanted give an assessment and product review of our Bison Gear Ineos Grenadier Roof Shelf after the initial shipping mix-up we experienced. Eventually we came to an understanding and both parties (BG and us) are comfortable with the outcome. We want to commend Bison Gear for staying in close contact until everything was resolved. Thank you as well to the forum members who intervened on our behalf.

As for the Roof Shelf and the associated Under the Shelf Compartment: We couldn't be happier! Both items arrived very well packed and free of any manufacturing grease or residue. There was no missing hardware. Everything appears very well made.

On our Grenadier the second row seats are reclined with aftermarket brackets so we had to make some adjustments to the shelf's installation. While the side mounts installed as usual, it became necessary to shift the shelf as far rearward as possible. This cantilevered the rear edge of the shelf slightly beyond the side brackets. By utilizing the single existing hole at the forward edge of the shelf on each side, there are still three bolts attaching the side brackets to the shelf itself.

While there is no loss of strength per se, I would assume that this arrangement voids the Bison Gear warranty. We use the shelf to carry a set of traction boards (ActionTrax X 4 in carrying case) in an unobtrusive manner. With the weight moved as far forward as possible and centered directly over the side brackets we are unconcerned. A side note here: It appears that Bison Gear has updated the weight carrying capacity of the shelf since our original purchase. I do not advise using it as we have. We will be moving the fire extinguisher to reduce the load on the shelf and to make it more accessible to shorter individuals. I may add structural support to the rear edge of the shelf to prevent any bending or deformation over the long term. We do not intent to carry any other heavy items on the shelf beyond a tarp or possibly a kinetic or tow rope. Any shovels will be affixed to the exterior of the vehicle.

Below are two images showing both the larger and smaller rear head rests used in various markets and their position at full extension in relation to the Shelf and Under Shelf Compartment. While close, there is a small amount of space remaining between the rear of each head rest and the Under the Shelf Compartment which could could be repositioned if desired. There is more than enough room between the head rests and the Shelf proper to alleviate concern. HTH
